Welcome
We aim to help your visits feel as smooth as possible for both your pet and you. Please review this information prior to your first visit:
New Client Registration
For simpler scheduling, you can register your information online before calling us.
After your visit, our online portal allows you access to your pet's vaccination records to help keep you up-to-date.

Please note that for efficiency and to serve you better, your care team may use a virtual scribe during your visit.
What to bring?
* A list of questions for the Doctor, particularly if the main carer is not present.

* A photo of the package or the name of your pet's current diet, including how much they are fed.

* Any previous medical records, history, vaccines and diagnostic work (in most cases we will plan to obtain this from your previous clinic in advance of your first visit).

* A driving license for the main contact to put in your record in the event that we need to prescribe controlled drugs from your pet in the future.

* Poop! For yearly exams, new puppy/kitten exams, reptiles/birds and any time your pet is having diarrhea - bring us a fecal sample so we can discuss testing options.
Payment Options
We accept most debit and credit cards, cash/check and have a variety of contactless payment methods - including SMS payment links and online payments - to make checking out as smooth as possible so you and your pet can get on with your day.

We do not offer payment plans aside from in special cases, though we do work well with Care Credit if you have unexpected costs and need to use any of their delayed or interest-free payment options.
Other helpful tips:
Dogs should be on a leash and cats should be in a secure, closed carrier. For other species, see our Exotics page.

If you're coming in for urinary issues: try not to let your dog urinate on the way in and remove access to your cats litter box 2 hours prior to leaving for the vet visit.
Note any changes in appetite, behavior, activity, and toileting activities. If there are unusual episodes or behaviors occurring, it can be helpful to bring or email a video to show the Doctor.
Please call us if you are more than 5 minutes late so we can determine if your appointment needs to be rescheduled.

And, finally, don't stress! We're caring, regular people who do this every day and we're here to try and make your visit as clear and worry-free as possible.
